Some news to share from MSCA’s Dale Martin:

Hi, Memphis friends! Here’s your invitation to come out to the V&E Artwalk this Saturday, from 11-5. If you’ve never been before, this week’s Flyer sums it up pretty well: more than 50 artists “with exceptional creations in a variety of media … with something to find in everyone’s budget” … food trucks, a full bar, a silent auction, kids activity area, and local-favorite music throughout the day.
I’ll be set up with past favorites and all-new work, so come out and say hi! The V&E Artwalk is at Kirby Station, 1625 Tutwiler. FREE and open to all! Hope to see you there. Continue reading

For those of you who crave a theme, it can be “comics about comics”, since we’d originally planned for it to tie in with our “Funny Pages” show opening in November at Germantown Community Theater. This will be our 10th issue, and as always, comics and illustration are welcome, A.I. and fan art of existing properties are NOT.
But parody is always welcome. 😉 Continue reading
