From MSCA President, Kevin L. WIlliams:
Hi, all you beautiful digital doodlers, ink slingers, wordsmiths, pencil pushers, and enthusiasts!
Plenty of news to read about the MSCA. Let me know if there are questions, please.
FOOOOOOD! COMICS! YOU & ME!
Our next dinner gathering will be Tuesday October 3rd from 6 – 8pm at Garibaldi’s Pizza, 3530 Walker Ave, by the University of Memphis!
The event is free and open to the public, but bring a few bucks for food money to order off the menu (great salads, sandwhiches, pizza, and pasta). Also feel free to bring some of your art to show and share, or work on. There’s always napkind to doodle on, too!
A friend who had passed away had a few comics to spread around, so I’ll bring those to find new homes. Be sure to check out our freebies table for other items as well.
This dinner meeting will be the deadline for the MSCA “Drawing Funny” art show this month.
